AGM 2015

Moseley CDT Annual General Meeting 2015

Wednesday 15th July at 7.30 pm at the Moseley Exchange, 149 - 153 Alcester Road, Moseley, Birmingham, B13 8JP.

The Moseley CDT AGM offers a chance to learn more about the work of Moseley Community Development Trust.

On the evening, there will be a presentation from Stephen Hill from the Community Land Trust Network.

It will be an opportunity for residents to consider how a Community Land Trust could benefit Moseley.

What is a Community Land Trust?

Community Land Trusts (CLTs) are local organisations set up and run by ordinary people to develop and manage homes as well as other assets important to that community, like community enterprises, food growing or workspaces.

Why a Community Land Trust?

They help:
• communities take control of the future
• to make good places
• to provide affordable homes

MCDT Board elections

If you’re interested in joining the Board, why not get in touch to check eligibility and for background information.
If there is a vacancy then elections for “community members” are held at the AGM.
