Creative Forum - Meeting on 29th March 2006

The next meeting of Moseley Creative Forum is on Wednesday 29th March 2006, 19:30 - 20:45
This is a public meeting and anyone may attend, you do not have to be a member of the Creative Forum.

Guest speakers

Dave Harte from UCE Birmingham Institute of Art and Design (BIAD) will speak about DigitalCentral, the new project for the Screen, Image and Sound Business Cluster which offers networking, showcasing and innovation services with a particular focus on developing the music, radio and interactive media industries.

Natasha Carlish, the award-winning independent film producer who set up Dreamfinder, the Birmingham-based film production company, will talk about the Producer's Forum, a network of people involved in producing films, and her own experience of working in the film industry.

'Spotlight' is a feature which allows members to give a brief overview of their creative business or endeavour. This evening's spotlight is on Chris Thompson, founder of www.emusu.com an e-commerce platform. He will speak on the distribution of digital content and how film and music creators can promote their work through virtual marketing online.
